Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At JK Luxora, every product is made with care and attention to detail. Since most of our items are handcrafted, minor variations in color, embroidery, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
We value your satisfaction, and this policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received an incorrect product (different design, size, or color from what you ordered).

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • You must provide an unboxing video as proof to verify the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale or discounted items

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at jkluxora@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order ID, issue details, and attach the unboxing video.
  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping address or arrange a pickup (if available).
  4. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Please note:

  • The buyer must bear the return shipping cost unless the error was on our end (damaged or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Once approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
  • If the returned item does not meet our policy requirements, it will be shipped back to you without a refund.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another size or design:

  • The exchange will be processed only after we receive the original item in good condition.
  • Exchange availability depends on stock; if unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at jkluxora@gmail.com.
